        TZTEK THM series HD map acquisition device is a data acquisition device designed for the production of HD maps for automatic pilot purpose. It includes three optional laser radars, five 5 megapixel cameras, an optional built-in integrated inertial navigation and a hard disc storage array. With the built-in timing synchronization unit and multiple sensor data coordinate fusion computing modules, it can provide accurate spatiotemporal synchronization images, positions and attitude information for HD map producers.

        THM series HD map acquisition device meets the industrial specification-level standard, with level of protection up to IP 65 as a whole and an operating temperature from -40 to 60 Celsius degrees, in accordance with the vibration test criteria for IEC68-2-6 on-board electronic devices and other similar products. The system is a whole set of independent and integrited system, which allows direct nondestructive installation on common passenger cars. Combined with the TZTEK TPB series on-board power management system, it can provide an integral, compact and reliable solution for HD map acquisition vehicle.

        Product Characteristics

        • The integrated design that comprises laser radar, panorama camera, integral inertial navigation and storage device will provide integrated solutions for HD map acquisition.
        • Built-in timing synchronization and multi-sensor fusion calibration function modules enable spatiotemporal synchronization function of multiple sensors within the device.
        • Support data acquisition every two meters at 70 km/h for maximum 12 working hours of a day
        • Support high-speed quick shooting function and allow real-time snapshot at 70 km/h when road signs and messages can be read clearly.
        • Sensor raw data, corresponding timestamp and camera exposure parameters can be saved.
